 Growing Your Knowledge was established in 2002 by Dr Anne Fletcher and Mr Gerald Fletcher. Dr Fletcher, Executive Director and the Principal Consultant, recognised the market need for professional independent advice across a range of issues in the Australian biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
The company comprises the core consultant team of Anne Fletcher (BSc, MSc, PhD, FAICD, FAIMS) , Gerald Fletcher (BA, LLB), Lisa Selbie (BSc (Hons), PhD) and Chih-Lynne Teo (BSc Hons, Grad Dip Sci Comm, MBA). Together they provide advice on scientific and technical issues, strategic health policy, organisational development, research commercialisation, market opportunity analysis, general and knowledge management and legal issues.
